W’as looking for recipe to make my own panzarotti. How surprised I was to have your restaurant in my hometown pop up on my screen. Brought a smile to my face. Don’t know if you share your recipes, but would love to learn to make my own Panzarotti.

My boyfriend and I love panzerotti with bacon, pepperoni and mushroom. We live in London, Ontario, Canada. We’ve tried making it at home and it’s ok, but the crust ends up being too hard and the filling overdone. Please send your recipe. We prefer to bake it rather than fry it. Apparently we are baking it too long. Are you best to sauté the pepperoni and mushrooms or can they be put in uncooked? Thank you in advance.

We live in a small town population approx. 1200. A far cry from Southern New Jersey where all the wonderful flavors of “Mom and Pop” restaurants still serve. I’ve been looking for the best homemade recipe for Panzerotti to prepare for our children so that they may grow up with the same flavors I did. Please could you share with us this recipe.
